Custom and Commissioned Stoles

Some stories are so personal that they deserve to be told in a one-of-a-kind stole.

Whether you're celebrating an ordination, honoring a retirement, marking an anniversary, remembering a loved one, or expressing the unique character of a ministry, we'd be honored to work with you to create a custom design.

The Design Process

Share your story.
Tell us about the occasion, your ministry, or the ideas you'd like to include. Many clients begin with colors, symbols, scripture, meaningful memories, or a simple theme.

Together we'll shape the design.
Artist Jenny Gallo will create one or more preliminary sketches, and we'll refine them together until the design feels right. There is a $45 nonrefundable sketch fee, which is credited toward the final stole should you choose to move forward. (Most clients do.)

Receive your timeline and estimate.
Once the design is approved, we'll provide an estimated completion date and the cost of creating your custom stole. Because each commission is unique, pricing is based on the design's complexity. You'll receive a personalized estimate before any work begins.

Watch your story come to life.
Your stole is handcrafted with the same attention to detail and care found throughout the Carrot Top Studio collection.

Limited Edition Possibilities

Occasionally, a commissioned design tells a story that may resonate with others as well. In those cases, we'll ask whether you'd be willing to make the design a limited edition in the Carrot Top Studio collection. The decision is always yours. If you choose to share it, the pricing for your stole will match our standard collection pricing as a thank-you for making the design available to others.
